Pangya Season 4.5! And Nell has come to SGI Pangya!

The previously obtained 2010 tour tickets can now be traded with Nell's items on Cadie's Cauldron!


I thought there'll be more items but this is similar to the JP server rewards. No problem with it!

I've finished my own fanart yesterday, although I myself think it doesn't look like Nell... Might as well say that Nell somehow get older.

The Fragments of Time might not play its purposes on the Cauldron for now, when will those Fragments be used? I'm guessing it's on the 5th January...
