I just checked the Pangya website, and Pangya Rally has an update! This new update hopefully will raise the spirits of Pangya players to play more and more 18h games. I'm guessing this is because our current rally points is really low.The update is as such, taken from the official Pangya website:

We would like to thank our 'VIP' players who has shown great dedication and commitment for the good of community on this Rally Event.
We are offering the following individual prizes for the players who may have played more 18 hole games than the other.
For the players who completed x amount of 18 hole games during the Rally Event, they'll receive the following:

50 games of 18 hole = VIP Title
100 games of 18 hole = 2000 Ntreev Points
150 games of 18 hole = 2 Gacha Coins + Pang Ramyon Caddie (30 days)
*Prizes will stack, ie (Players completing 100 games will receive both the Title and the Ntreev Points)*
*Prizes will be distributed during the maintenance on 5/12/2010 PDT*
*Ntreev Points received from this event can only be used in Pangya.
